Thank you for shopping with St. Aries Apothecary. We carefully prepare and package each order to help ensure your products arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible after they are received.

Because many St. Aries Apothecary products are handcrafted and prepared in small batches, processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is submitted.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of St. Aries Apothecary.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

Because orders cannot be canceled once submitted and may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that shipping addresses can be changed after an order has been placed.

St. Aries Apothecary is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to St. Aries Apothecary because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue attributable to the information provided with the order, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package is still in transit beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can assist you in reviewing the shipment information.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping issues, but St. Aries Apothecary cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the damaged product

• Photographs of the shipping packaging

Please retain the product and original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

We will review damaged shipment claims individually and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the items received.

We will review the issue and work with you to correct the order when appropriate.

International Shipping

Unless international shipping is specifically offered during checkout, St. Aries Apothecary currently ships only to destinations available through our online checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country when applicable.

Order Cancellations

St. Aries Apothecary does not accept order cancellations once an order has been submitted.
